AT THE COMPLETION OF THE EXERCISES SET
USING A BENCH
As you lower yourself, place your feet on the bench and
WITH TRAINING PARTNER
Have training partner remove dumbbell from the Stacker and descend to the ground.
USING THE DUMBELL STEP METHOD
Lower yourself as low as possible. if the stacker and
dumbbell touches the ground as you lower yourself,
simply place your feet on top of the dumbbell and step
down to the ground. if the stacker and dumbbell does not touch the ground as you lower yourself (very important) simply spread feet apart as wide as possible and drop to the ground.
