PRE EXERCISE SET UP
USING A BENCH
A bench may be used to place the stacker and dumbbell on to elevate yourself to the pull up handles
WITH TRAINING PARTNER
Once you are in position on the dip or pull up rack, have your partner place the dumbbell onto the Stacker
USING THE DUMBELL STEP METHOD
Placing one foot on the dumbbell after the stacker is
secured on the feet will also assist in elevating
you to the pull up handles.
